Terms & Conditions:
Buyer prepays in U.S. dollars with either a money order, bank check, or personal check. NO COD's or escrow agents. Credit card payments accepted thru PayPal only. After Time Is On My Side notifies you of the total amount due, payment is expected within 10 business days, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Checks will be held until cleared, money orders will receive immediate shipment. Orders paid thru PayPal will ship upon PayPal payment notification. Lay away orders accepted.
Shipping fees:
Shipping charges will be added to your order. We prefer U S Priority mail. Buyers outside of United States should allow at least two weeks for delivery. Note- we will not alter shipping documents to deceive any country's rights to duties or tariffs. This means we will not declare wrong values, contents or reasons for shipment. Please do not ask.
Insurance:
Insurance will be included on all domestic sales only ALL International shipments will be insured at buyer's request only. Additional fees will apply. IMPORTANT: Packages can be lost or stolen enroute. Should this occur, refund to buyer will not be made until claim payment has been received from U S Postal Service. Experience has shown that insurance claim payments can take up to 1 year.
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction and repeat business are important to us! We make every effort to give an accurate description of our merchandise. Please e-mail any questions about an item BEFORE making purchase. We sell USED vintage watches. Any watch with a starting price of $500 or less has not been checked for timing accuracy, even though it runs - it may keep time well or it may need servicing. The watch should be considered as being sold AS IS and a return would only be authorized if there were a gross misrepresentation.
Should any of these conditions not be acceptable to you, then please do not submit an order.
